At QUOKKA, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition. Simply ensure your garments are unworn and have the tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to avoid any processing delays.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to our designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
